This whole living where I don’t know anyone, working an unpredictable 6 days a week, constantly trapped by bad weather thing is kinda bumming me out.
This little daffodil seems to think winter in NC is over... Can she be right?? #spring #isitsummeryet #boowinter #howmanydaystillthepoolopensmom (at Southwest Raleigh, Raleigh, North Carolina)
SUNSHINE! It's a chilly 45° with wind too but SUNSHINE! My kitties are also very happy. Bob and Bobcat are getting some fresh air. I'm getting some much needed Vitamin D. Bob tried to take a selfie. #moodbooster #ohio #boowinter #yaysunshine #🌞 #catlady
I'm over this "winter" thing. #bearlakeutah #bearlakeidaho #lakeliving #summertime #imisssummer #boowinter #nomoresnowplease #tiredofbeingcold
Dang it
I was going to schedule a swing lesson on Monday, but the weather has turned crap.
The issue is I want to get a lesson or two in before I undertake the season in earnest. But the weather has to be good enough, and when that happens, it'll be time to undertake the season in earnest.
There's also a golf tournament coming up that I'd like to take part in, and I'd rather not spend a whole day embarrassing myself. I'd rather get a few lessons in and spend like 50-75% percent embarrassing myself.
Boooooooo
The plan.
Winter is here, and my couch potato tendencies are out in full force. So as a way to counteract my cold weather-induced inertia, I'm committing to 28 days of sweat -- doing something active every day of February. I'll check in every night to recount the day's workout, plus other health-related (or other) reflections. Here we go! Day 1: Power yoga.
