I miss laying on the cold sand, fingers interlocked with yours, looking up at the beautiful sky filled with many bright stars that formed shapes and forms.. A classic gueuze blending 1, 2, and 3 year old lambic, spontaneously fermented and aged in oak. Verdict - nice and tart. This is not a fruity sour. It has a nice light oakey flavor which isn’t overpowering, as oak sometimes can be.
