It's taken some time, but I've gotten my "Battleworn Ranger Sword" by @epicarmoury, and created my custom leather scabbard for it. The core construction was definitely an ordeal, creating something soft lined inside for the foam sword, yet not floppy with the sword removed. I created the leather scabbard based on historically correct medieval ones.
