im unsure about this. is just ramblings and unformed opinions, but here
due to the legally and societally created power disparities between the classes of child and adult, children can't consent. it shall be considered false/invalid consent due to reasonable assumption of implicit coersion this is not an inherent quality of children, but a product of the conditions they exist under
this also seems adjacent to theory about power disparities with proletariat/bourgeoisie probably
