Toomp gets a new outfit?!

The outfit Toomp was wearing is a Starfish Baby Sleeping Bag. Thought it'd be fun to make a small short comic about it xD I didn't just make this out of nowhere, all thanks to @shygirl4991 's /Shay's idea that I got to draw this

- Border Brochure -

"Hello. You have just witnessed a fissure from the other world. Don't worry, the Border will take care of it.

The Border is an international organization dedicated to protecting civilians, closing dimensional anomalies, and neutralizing Hollows.

Fissure are intrusions of fragments from Otherworlds into reality. They vary in size, duration, and danger. They are cracks leading to another world. To destroy them, you must destroy the core of the fissure.

Border agents are trained to fight Hollows, living entities that emerge from rifts in the Otherworld. Hollows are classified from F to S according to their dangerousness. An S-class Hollow can destabilize an entire area and is considered a rift boss. Killing it will close the fissure for an indefinite period of time.

Border agents use Givers to fight them. Givers are objects that have been imbued with strong emotional energy. When an individual establishes a sufficient connection, the object can transform into a weapon or combat tool. Each Giver is unique.

In 1976, a fissure opened up in Hawkins, swallowing Steve and his parents. Steve's parents died in the fissure, but Steve was narrowly saved by a Borders Agent. The agent, named Emylie, decided to take the new orphan with her, and that's how Steve became a Borders Agent.

Steve returned to Hawkins in 1985, having heard communications from the Russians about portals to other worlds (fissures). Amelye had only killed the boss area of the fissure, and if you've read the brochure, you know that this only temporarily closes the fissure. So Steve decided to go there to close the fissure that had killed his parents for good.

He finds a small cover job at Scoop Ahoy to investigate the town, where he meets his colleague Robin.

Dustin comes to Scoop Ahoy to complain about his Russian code alone on a table, which attracts the attention of Steve and then Robin.

The rest follows the canon, with Steve trying to prevent the revelation of the Borders, fissure and Givers, and being very surprised to learn that the fissure returns every year, And that a group of people, including some children, have been confronting him for two years. Robin and Steve are not captured because Steve is a soldier trained with a magical weapon, but they are still pursued.

Steve finds himself facing the Mind Flayer with his Givers creating a diversion while the others close the portal without him knowing. This is obviously a problem since he wanted to destroy the core.

He will therefore remain in Hawkins to wait for the next opening of the rift, revealing the existence of the Borders to the rest of the party.

Steve's Givers his a wooden bat covered with barbed wire and nails, that was given to him to defend himself since he was too afraid to sleep at night. When he activates it, the bat becomes larger and made of metal, he can pull out an infinite number of nails and send them flying like projectiles in homerun mode. Anyone with a nail in them is affected by the damage on other people as a kind of psychic link. He can also pull out the barbed wire, which acts like a whip, allowing him to whip, grab, attract, or imprison people.
