                         The blooming red color across Crowley’s skin is the same as Seishirou’s, which had spread across his cheeks and nose before he even placed the small kiss on the vampire’s cheek. Seeing that the other and his ego were capable of the same flustered measures was mildly comforting– at least he wasn’t the only one embarrassed here. Though, Crowley’s stuttering and stammering that came as a question was startling, or at least, it made the bright red burn against his skin even more, a hand coming over his mouth and lower cheeks while small red eyes darted away.

it’s as simple as that. though, he must say, it’s hard to seem confident at this time. no wonder seishirou is always so angry and avoidant like this. crowley feels rather vulnerable and powerless with a visage that is burning brighter than japan’s sunset. fortunately, it only stresses him out to a certain, bearable degree. his throat is cleared and not even the usually so charismatic vampire is spared of feeling a little smothered by this. it’s so foreign, yet he enjoys it. though, to relieve himself of some of that tension, he averts his gaze for only a moment. well then, here goes nothing.

sei’s hand that covers his face is gently taken a hold of and lowered carefully. he doesn’t want to startle him after all (crowley already noticed that the great hiragi tends to be like a deer in the headlights). before the vampire could stop himself, he had already leaned down to spare seishirou of having to stand on his tip toes-- but instead of placing a kiss on the human’s cheek, he goes right for those thin lips of his. jackpot.

there he goes with his childlike side-- surprisingly, it’s a rather rare thing to see for seishirou. all he has really seen (or heard, rather) are his most annoying bits, and crowley would have already apologized if he realized how truly annoying he can be.

“... well, ah, i ... i don’t want you to push yourself, but at least some ideas would be appreciated. i’m just as concerned as you are.” even if he does not seem like it at all.
