May 1st is today, looking back it's been a wild year.  1 year ago we moved to our sweet bungalow.    1 month later we celebrated our 2 yr wedding anniversary. 2 months later we were surpirsed by the twins. For the next 9 months I got on my mat daily and remained curious as to what my body and my mind would welcome while my body morphed and changed to grow two humans. 2/20/16 we welcomed Eva and West into the world under a full moon. For 35 days after the kids were born, I rested, recovered and nourished my body as we cared for our babies. 1 month post pardum I got back into my physical groove, cautiously curious to see how my body would come back together over time. The past 30 days have been a gift and amazing blessing as I have regained my strength and have been blown away at the power of recovery with patience and due diligence. This is me- happy back on my hands 10 weeks post babyx2 arrival day.  Yoga is the best medicine- it's not about what it looks like it's about what it makes you feel inside and out- on and off the mat that matters.
