The Best fudge in a mug (no joke!)

I’m a lover all things sweet, especially chocolate and after trying a lot of quick microwave brownies that tasted like raw flour, I decided to make one up, that tasted good. And, thus, this gorgeous thing came in to being!

It takes a few minutes to prepare and most ingredients are always lying around the kitchen.

4 table spoon flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

a dash of vanilla extract

2 squares of cooking chocolate

pinch of salt

dash of milk

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon sugar

Place butter, milk, chocolate and milk in a mug and microwave till butter is melted. Stir so that the chocolate melts. Don’’t leave the chocolate in the microwave because it can easily burn. Sift in the dry ingredients mix until a batter is formed. Add in vanilla extract and put in microwave. I heat mine for half a minute because I like mine a bit gooey but you can microwave it to your liking.

Serve with ice cream. Mmmmm!!
