What I'm about
Why did I make this blog? I have a short blurb up top about the topic, but I want some more space to talk about why I wear dresses and skirts, what I think about when buying them, and how I feel about being biologically male and genderqueer.
This is a blog about crossdressing, but most emphatically not about sexualizing crossdressing. It's a niche I don't really see - a lot of blogs about crossdressing focus on the hypersexualization of the clothes, the humiliation or subversion of masculinity, or the kinky aspect of wearing women's clothing as a man. There's nothing wrong with any of this, but content with that goal dominates typical searches for crossdressing or genderqueer fashion.
What I want to represent here is:
-How to challenge gender coding for clothes.
-The challenges faced by people: who are not cis women, or who do not have a typical female form factor, or who do not want to present female, when wearing gender-coded clothes.
-What I've learned when shopping for dresses, skirts, and accessories as an amab person.
And I want to collect pictures of awesome skirts and dresses, regardless of who's wearing it or how they identify.
