I know I’m not a hockey blog and I know almost nothing about the sport but I must say I really love Pasta so much
An EMT got stabbed in Boston today, and I’m just. So upset. Why the hell would you stab the people that are trying to help you? EMTs are overworked and underpaid. They go into their profession because they want to help people. That’s it. They deal with people on their worst days and show them much needed kindness. They never have the option to say “no” to a call, no matter how trivial that call might be. They put their bodies and minds at risk to help save yours every. Damn. Day. And THIS is how they get thanked?
On another note, I’m grateful that my wife is now in dispatch, and no longer on the road. Because I can’t imagine getting the call that it was my EMT that got stabbed. Kayla and I are sending our best wishes to this EMT and her family.
You know that episode of The Suite Life Of Zack and Cody where the Yankees come and stay at the Tipton (which is in Boston) and everyone riots outside the hotel and Zack calls them scum till one of the yankees offers them tickets to the game? ya well thats the most Boston thing i’ve ever watched in my life
