This is just what I’ve found helps me, and if it helps one other person then I’ve done my job :)
Wearing the color of your petals
This has helped me so much, because if I’m wearing a lot of my petal colors, if I squint my eyes, then I can almost see myself in this human body as my real self
Laying out in the sun in soft grass
I know this is an obvious one, but it still helps! It can make you feel like the rest of your body doesn’t exist and you’re just a little flower bulb, photosynthesizing in the sun
This one sounds a little strange, but if you bury yourself in loose dirt or sand (with your head still above!) it feels just like home where you belong. Beaches are great for this, even if dirt is much more homey, it’s much harder to do that
