Let's Talk BotPunk

I'm making this post as a place to add discussion, comments, constructive criticism, or any other thoughts regarding the BotPunk Party concept.

Since the post in the link turned out so long, I figured this might be a better option than clogging up people's dashboards.

Having said that, although the post is kind of a long one, I do hope you'll take the time to read it and share your thoughts about it!

Thomas looks as mortified as an expressionless robot can get; he's now writhing in an agonized manner, suspended in midair upside down, though he remains curiously soundless throughout it all. If Pharrell didn't know better, and if not for the unspaced stream of "MORE" scrolling rapidly across his screen, he'd have said he was in pain. "He likes it, Guy, I'm sure."

"CONFIRMED"

The silver robot darts out a hand. With much effort he manages to stretch it out towards the wall and begins to tap a finger on it rapidly, the soundproofing within it creating a resonating, hollow noise that echoes within the room and not at all outside it; it doesn't take long for Pharrell to realize that it's Morse code, though he can't make head nor tail of exactly what he's saying, and surely this sequence of tapping and pausing is too quick even for human operators to understand. Guy nods thoughtfully in the meanwhile and lightly pats the other's arm to get his attention, gesturing smartly at the tablet and typing away with one hand whilst Pharrell murmurs the words out loud as they come.

[He apologizes for his misbehaviour and consents to me transcribing this More than that he is trying to flatter me now He says he adores my hand on the remote. He says that I am beautiful and you are beautiful and oh mon Dieu can I please tighten the cable around his wrist a little more he feels like he's going to fall. Now he is saying that I am to be feared and adored, a robotic Machiavelli The light of his life, his perfect cabbage]

"A what."

Thomas 'blinks' from the side, and chirps weakly to get Pharrell's attention; he's also trying to lift up a hand so that he might wave at him, with less than limited success, being as tangled up in cables as he is. "UN IDIOME" flashes quickly on his screen as an explanation, followed by "CÉFRAN <3". Guy 'blinks' and reels back for a second, but not enough to pause in his typing.

[That's not quite right, he means 'français' Sorry his Parisian is showing. I can't take him anywhere]
