The number one trash item I see on the beaches and in the ocean are water and sports drink bottles. No soda cans, no beer bottles. 

It's time to expand the bottle bill in Massachusetts.

As I've been looking into the recycling industry in Oregon, I came across the history of the bottle bill in Oregon.  No wonder we've been considered pioneers over the years... Lewis and Clark were on to something!
