Is anyone still looking for a summer job?
Because I have a summer job that I absolutely love and they're still hiring (they'll hire anyone who's interested and over 18).
Anyways, my summer job is canvassing for MassPIRG to stop the overuse of antibiotics on factory farms. Going door to door might sound like miserable work, but I've come to really enjoy it. I love spending so much time outside, I meet far more nice people than rude ones, and everyone else in the office is super friendly. If anyone is interested, they should definitely apply. There are offices all over the country running related campaigns.
Anyways, IDK if anyone is actually interested, but here's the link to apply: http://www.fundforthepublicinterest.org/page/fpi/apply-now
Feel free to ask me questions. Also, if you're under 18 and interested, you could be an unpaid intern for them (I know it's not as good as paid work, but you can put it on your resume and the interns get to do some fun stuff).
Massachusetts job opportunities!
Hey guys!!! My name is Violet and I work at a campaign office in Newton, MA with MASSPIRG, which is a non-profit consumer group. We're hiring people who care about social change for our campaign jobs! The current issue that we're working with is stopping the overuse of antibiotics on healthy animals in factory farms. We have offices across the US if you live outside Massachusetts but are still interested in working for USPIRG. Please call 617-332-0216 or visit jobsthatmatter.org to apply. I'd be happy to take questions if you have any!!
