The 100 Omegaverse:
The Ark have a very confusing set of rules for Alphas, Betas and Omegas.
All people, however, present around their puberty phases (so, around the ages between 12 and 17.)
Omegas can present earlier than Alphas as Omegas have a tendency to have more hormones
The Ark would press them with supressants
At least, until lockup
In lock-up, they are not often applied to the people in juvenile delinquency
Alpha supressants do not tamper with their scent but with how quickly they, um *ahem* ejaculate
Omega supressants surpress scents but also majorly, just heats.
Betas have a weaker nose for phermones than both Alphas and Omegas but they can smell a fearful Omega, an Omega in heat or an irritated Alpha.
The Grounders, however, do not have supressants but they also have more respect for Omegas in general (including their Heda being an Omega)

Actual Characters
John Murphy presents as an Omega young. He presents at age 9, slipping in a preheat syndrome thing and is too much for his young body to handle so his dad - also an Omega - steals medicine for his son
He is floated for it; Murphy’s Alpha mother falls apart, drinking herself into choking on her own vomit; After finding her dead, he sets fire to the Quarters of the room of the guard who arrested his father and also the room of one of the boys who hasn’t left him alone since he presented.
Murphy is thirteen when he goes into lock up and a year later, he gets his first and bad heat; he’s a bit grateful that a Beta has his keys instead of one of the Alphas - even guards - eyeing him up, having them
Bellamy Blake presents at age 15 as an Alpha, his mother proud - in a way only Alphas can be - and Octavia confused - a while later, she would present as an Alpha too.
Clarke Griffin presents as an Alpha at age 14, Wells presenting as Omega less than a year later and Clarke follows in her Alpha mother’s footsteps
Raven Reyes was 12 years old when she presented as an Alpha but she is still heavily under the thumb of her mother. ( the Omega boy next door, named Finn, shares his food with her and though it makes her Alpha growl with the need to care for her Omega but she’s grateful nonetheless)
Monty Green presents as an Omega at age 13, having known Jasper for 7 years prior but one night on one of their sleepovers, Monty’s heat starts, the sheets wet with slick and Monty all sweaty while still sleeping
Jasper doesn’t present until he’s 15. At this point, Hannah Green had been expecting them to mate (after this, she simply says things like, “You should look like a proper Omega for this” and “look for an Alpha here, alright?” )
On the Ground, Lexa presents as an Omega but later becomes Heda despite the challenge that her status provided her with
When the 100 land on the ground, however, none of them are on supressants so their hormones are wilding and they’re all kinda distracted by fucking tbh
Bellamy begins to start a mating ritual with Murphy (it doesn’t happen until the end of season 5-into season 6 because of space but through those years, they can still feel the imprints the other has left on their skin)
Miller, a loyal Alpha who knows when to take rank, grows fond of Monty but he also acknowledges the connection Jasper and Monty have and he had been dating a Beta named Bryan prior so he doesn’t make a move (Monty eventually makes the first move)
The Ark doesn’t care a great amount for their Omegas so The 100/Skaikru in general do not have very good views on Omegas so when Clarke is trying to court Lexa it is difficult. Forcing the Heda to submit - which some Alphas do force their Omegas to submit - is considered treason however.
Also, in case you were wondering about Packs:
Clarke: Wells (Omega), Finn (Omega), Charlotte (Beta), Later Lexa (Omega)
Bellamy: Murphy (Omega), Atom, Monroe (who are both Beta but stand nonetheless), Miller (despite Alpha status, he follows occasionally) and sort of Octavia (sister but also Alpha and you know,,, Sister)
Octavia: Monty (Omega), Jasper (Beta), Lincoln (Beta), Miller (despite Alpha status) and also, sorta Bellamy (brother but you know,,, Alpha,, Brother)
Clarke and Octavia’s packs overlap a bit in weird ways but the only Omega that’s ever overlapped all three in loyalty (a least for a bit) is Murphy (Though, to be fair, Monty in season five)
