Can i still get a t anchor or a buttonhole if I'm a 35DD?
T anchor may or may not be possible- your surgeon will be able to let you know. If you’re familiar with the technique, you know that the nipple remains attached with a nipple stalk- like a mushroom cap and stem. If your chest is very large while the rest of your body is very slim, the “stem” of the mushroom is very long, which could lead to unsatisfactory results: it would need to be coiled or folded up to fit it into the space on the chest. Buttonhole is not able to remove as much tissue as T anchor surgery is, and it has the same sort of risk. If you meet the qualification for buttonhole, you would likely be able to choose between that and T-anchor, but if you are too large for T-anchor, you would not qualify for buttonhole for the same reasons.
