Mipha's Grace, Healing Spell
Pop Culture Spell for Healing and Pain relief
(Included a Nonverbal Option, since this spell is for use during my Jaw Surgery)
Warnings:
Do not put Blue Stones or Crystals in Water, especially Angelite!!
Do not drink water when done!!
Ingredients:
Red Bowl, to match Mipha’s scales
Sea Salt
Lemon Juice, or Lemon Essential Oil
Any Blue Stone or Crystal (I suggest Angelite)
Piece of Paper
Pencil/Pen/Marker/Writing Utensil
Timing:
Sunrise or Morning
Monday
Sunday
Instructions:
Meditate with the Blue Stone in-hand. Imagine a faint blue light coming from it, cleansing and purifying your body and taking away your pain. You can also imagine imparting all your pain into the stone if you’d like, but just be sure to cleanse it afterwards. Be sure you feel cleansed and ready before you begin.
Get the red bowl and fill it with water, the fresher and cleaner the better
Put a few drops of the Lemon Juice or Essential Oil in there
Add the Sea Salt and mix it in until dissolved
Take the piece of paper and write down this phrase. If you are too weak, or don’t want to write, print it out instead.
“May Mipha’s Grace heal my wounds, With Luminous Stone to cleanse me, And Zora’s Armor for protection, The damage done may soon be gone, With Lightscale Trident in hand. To bring me from the brink of death, And love me for all eternity. May she heal my wounds When Mipha’s grace is ready”
Draw a small picture of the Mipha’s Grace Icon somewhere on the paper
Dissolve the paper in the water
Place by your bedside, maybe take a nap afterwards, and smell the lemony scent whenever you’re in pain. You can also take a bit of the water and anoint yourself with it, placing it on your forehead and hands for healing.
Make sure to cleanse yourself and your space when done
