Welcome to the first installment of Weekly Spellwork Dice Spells! Here’s how it works:
There are four six-sided dice. Die 1 determines the intention of the spell. Die 2 determines the type of magic used in the spell. Die 3 tells us magical tool the dice suggest. Die 4 tells us what the magical tip for the spell. The combination of all these dice answers help us make the spell.

Healing spell!
Die 1 decided the intention for the weekly spell should be healing.
Die 2 told us to use bath magic! Maybe the intention is healing, but the method of healing is self care.
Die 3 tells us to use the moon phases as a tool to make the healing spell work. Maybe a waning moon to release old ties or a waxing moon to gain new healing. Maybe a full moon for extra boost to your spell.
Die 4 tips us off to use the four elements! Earth for grounding or stability; Air for letting go or communication; Water for intuition or emotion; and Fire for confidence or adventure. These are all just examples of what these elements could mean in your spell.

healing spell for Riley and i. Riley had a hospital visit on saturday and i've been sick as a dog with a chest infection (fucking petri dish children at school!)

what i did (the theme is healing, so the word will absolutelybe repeated multiple times):
☆all spice - heal Riley and i
☆chamomile - easing pain
☆ginger - speed up healing process, especially for Riley
☆lavender - heal us both
☆rose petals and buds - healing, healing and healing
☆rosemary - healing the wound and infection
☆thyme - heal Riley's wound, heal Riley's swelling, heal my infection
☆healing oil spell - to heal us both
☆pink for each of us - healing
☆amethyst - healing
☆clear quartz - amplify the healing energies
☆rainbow fluorite - healing focus
☆parchment with intention/incantation
carved Riley's name in the first candle, carved my name in the second, so that the spell could really focus on both out healing (Riley first always). secured the candles on the plate. added the herbs, flowers and crystals to the tray with intention. anointed the candle and lit it. then i burnt the paper with my intention/incantation on it and said it out loud three times for good measure:
"heal Riley first, he's most important. heal me second, i can fight through it. surround us in a healing bubble. moving forward there'll be no more trouble."
then i spread the ashes of the paper around the candles.
no, incantations/intentions do not need to rhyme. yes, i rhyme mine because it's fun and makes my spells stronger. no, just because yours may not rhyme doesn't mean it's weaker than a rhyming one. this is what works for me, and rhyming is what i'm most drawn to.

☆black salt - protect her, repel drs from fobbing her off, set boundaries to avoid being sent home before a diagnosis
☆bay leaf - setting healing intention (burnt over candle flame)
☆ginger - speed up recovery
☆lavender - peaceful healing
☆mint - soothing healing
☆rose buds - healing
☆rosemary - protective healing
☆sunflower - positive energies sent her way
☆thyme - healing
☆turmeric - healing
☆amethyst - healing
☆rose quartz - loving vibes, healing
☆clear quartz - amplification of rapid and gentle healing
☆green aventurine - good luck of getting a diagnosis, and a manageable one at that
☆obsidian - protection

anointed the candle with the healing oil and dressed the candle with all herbs and spices. stuck candle on plate. spread the rest of the herb mix around the candle. added the roses, sunflowers and crystals around candle. moved the plate outside, because i'm not lighting a candle in an apartment. lit the candle and let it burn down. meditated, imagining a golden healing light of energy spreading around my sister filled with love.
thankfully mum has flown down to be with her, so i'm cat sitting the twins and getting regular updates 💜
