A Pommard from the house @bouchard_aine_fils On the nose, the wine has notes of blackcurrant and light vanilla notes. In the mouth, the tannins are marked and the wine has a beautiful structure. We find blackcurrant and a nice freshness. We feel that the wine has aging potential. This tour of Burgundy was a real pleasure. But it's not a surprise, who doesn't think Burgundy has the most beautiful terroir / grape combo in the world? 🍇 🍇 Et voilà nous finissons notre tour de la Bourgogne avec un vin rouge. Un Pommard de la maison @bouchard_aine_fils Au nez le vin à des notes de cassis et des légères notes vanillées. En bouche les tanins sont marqués et le vin a une belle structure. On retrouve le cassis et une belle fraîcheur. On sent que le vin a un potentiel de garde.
