Streaming radio giant purchases ticketing company for $450 million

Pandora, the internet radio streaming service, has purchased the ticketing company Ticketfly, as The New York Times reports. Ticketfly, a previously independent company that sold more than $500 million of tickets in 2014, will be acquired for $450 million in cash and stock. (The impending sale was initially reported by ReCode.)
