Painting the Walls with Interdimensional Invaders in Prodeus

The Early Access launch of Prodeus is off to a great start, with excellent level design and action, but there’s still work left to do.  The campaign is incomplete, more monsters and weapons are on the way, and multiplayer is in the works.  There’s a good amount of content even taking that into account, including challenge levels and a level editor, the latter of which already has a good number of player-created maps to download plus a couple of campaigns.

La editora Humble Games y la desarrolladora Bounding Box Software han anunciado que el early access de Prodeus ya está disponible en PC (Steam).

Acerca del juego:

Prodeus es un shooter en primera persona como los de antes pero con técnicas de renderizado modernas. Alcanza la calidad gráfica que esperas de un juego AAA a la vez que cumple con las restricciones técnicas estéticas del hardware antiguo.

El juego contiene una campaña hecha a mano por veteranos en la creación de FPS, un editor de niveles y un navegador de mapas de la comunidad para un disfrute sin fin.

There’s a new retro-style FPS in the works from Bounding Box Games called Prodeus. We briefly wrote about it before when it had its Kickstarter campaign back in spring of 2019. Prodeus announced for Nintendo Switch.

Bounding Box Software has recently announced that they are working on Prodeus, which is a "first person shooter of old, re-imagined using modern rendering techniques."

When it was announced, they didn't reveal on which platform would it be released on, but when asked by a fan on Twitter, they said that a Nintendo Switch version is also planned.
