Im suprised for that to be your answer. I ultimately chose for Canon because I found it to be more comfortable in my hand than Nikon.

What was your reason to buy a Nikon?
Well when I first started in university, and they wanted us to buy a camera, the D3000 was the most affordable thing on the market at the time. Over time I built up a little collection of lenses and gear, so I figured I would stick with Nikon. Canon and Nikon are both equally good though, and I have no problems with either.
