These tasty Smokey Bourbon BBQ Ribs are the perfect addition to any man cave. A bourbon-infused marinade and a smoky grill flavor work together to make a dish that will make your man cave gatherings more exciting.
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1 cup bourbon. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup BBQ sauce.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor penetration. In a bowl, mix bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Rub the marinade all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results. Place the marinated ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 25-30 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce for a flavorful glaze. Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the Smokey Bourbon BBQ Ribs with your favorite man cave sides and enjoy!
