These Kicked-Up Peachy Baby Back Ribs are a mouthwatering combination of smoky, tender ribs wrapped in crispy bacon and glazed with a sweet and tangy peach barbecue sauce. Perfect for your next barbecue or cookout!
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1 cup peach preserves. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and black pepper to taste. 6 slices of bacon. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Grill at a medium-high temperature, about 350375 degrees Fahrenheit 175190 degrees Celsius. Peach preserves, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper should all be combined in a saucepan. Stirring constantly, heat the sauce over medium heat until it thickens and reaches a simmer. Take off the heat and place aside. The baby back rib racks should be placed on a spotless surface. If the membrane is still attached, remove it from the back of the ribs. Rub the ribs on both sides with kosher salt and black pepper. Three bacon slices should be wrapped around each rack of ribs and fastened with toothpicks or kitchen twine. Put the ribs wrapped in bacon onto the hot grill. To guarantee even cooking, grill for about thirty minutes, turning occasionally. While the ribs are grilling, liberally brush them with the peach barbecue sauce you made earlier. This will take about ten minutes. When serving, set aside some sauce. After the bacon is crispy and the ribs are cooked to your preferred doneness, continue grilling them for a total of 40 to 45 minutes. After taking the ribs off the grill, give them some time to rest. Then, cut them into individual ribs by slicing them between the bones. If preferred, top the Kicked-Up Peachy Baby Back Ribs with finely chopped fresh parsley and extra peach barbecue sauce. Savor your mouthwatering bacon-wrapped ribs with a peachy-sweet kick!
