Alpina B7 Turbo Coupe (E24)' 1986
I will introduce you to the Cars of the World of different years of release.
Introduce you to the Beauty of the Automotive world.
Who will reblogged, I will block, I warned.
Alpina Returns With a Twist
The people behind Alpina are back with a new performance wagon called the Bovensiepen 05 GT. Built from the latest BMW M5 Touring, the car comes from the Bovensiepen family—the founders of Alpina—after BMW officially took control of the Alpina brand. Rather than disappearing from the high-performance luxury scene, the family has launched a new company under its own name.
The 05 GT takes the already powerful M5 Touring and pushes things much further. Its twin-turbo V8 has been tuned to produce 789 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful wagons on the market. The car also receives extensive chassis upgrades, custom suspension tuning, aerodynamic changes, and a redesigned interior focused on luxury and exclusivity.
Production will be limited, with each vehicle built to a highly customized specification. The project aims to continue the blend of speed, comfort, and understated style that made Alpina popular, while establishing a new identity separate from BMW's ownership of the original brand.
My Thoughts:
It's kind of fascinating that even after selling Alpina, the Bovensiepen family immediately found a way back into the exact niche they helped create. Sometimes a brand changes hands, but the people behind it aren't finished building cars yet.
