why don’t you like her writing? i didn’t like mockingjay, but i do like thg and her other series called gregor the overlander. ((i’m just interested to know why, i don’t mean it in a defensive way))
ah, im glad you asked!! there are many reasons why i don't like suzanne collins as a writer. but i am not very articulate past 9pm, so here are some links full of really great meta that you can read, seeing as i agree with everything written here.
i see now that most of this meta is pretty mockingjay hate centered, but the fact that the thrid book in this series failed every character SO SEVERELY is a great deal of why i do not like suzanne collins. she is a weak author, this is a weak series. i'm too old for this, everybody go on without me
i've honestly not read anything else she's written because i've already burned once and i'll be damned if i let her burn me again
