Wasn’t meant to end like this
18+ | Friends to Lovers, One Night Stand – BerKon.
Synopsis: Bernard and Conner go to a party, but things don't turn out as they expected.
A/N: English isn't my first language, and I translated this with Google Translate. Sorry for any mistakes 😭, also I’m sorry if its kinda bad I haven’t write a fic in almost a year
Friday night, almost nine o'clock. Normally, Bernard would be in his room watching a show or listening to music, but not today. Today, Conner had dragged him to a club. He knew they were both tired from the week, but they clearly had very different ideas of what "relaxing" meant. Even so, they were already on their way, and it was too late to back out.
They entered the club, and Bernard felt the dark-haired man lead him straight to the bar.
"If you wanted to drink, we could have stayed at your place," he said without any anger in his voice.
A small smile escaped Kon's lips.
"I'm not here to drink, I'm here to dance."
Before the blond could protest, he extended his hand toward him.
“But I need someone to do it with.” Bernard looked at the outstretched hand as if it were an unfamiliar object and shook his head.
“I don’t dance,” he replied, glancing down at the mojito in front of him. He knew he wouldn’t be able to resist Kon’s puppy-dog eyes.
He lingered at the bar for a few more seconds, waiting. He watched Kon head to the dance floor and knew he’d soon forget about him; socializing had always come much more naturally to him.
He sipped his mojito slowly, taking longer than necessary, perhaps hoping that Kon would notice him again or ask him to dance… and this time he’d accept.
He had finished his drink and was about to pay when a hand rested next to his. He recognized Kon’s body almost immediately behind him.
He turned and noticed that the dark-haired man was pale, as if he had just seen a ghost.
“Are you…?” He couldn’t finish. Kon’s free hand covered his mouth.
“She’s here,” he whispered, almost as if telling him a secret. Bernard raised an eyebrow, confused. “My ex. I just saw her on the dance floor.”
Oh…oh.
Bernard looked around for the girl, but the place was packed. It was impossible to spot her in the crowd. He sighed and looked back at Kon.
“Well, hide in the crowd so she doesn’t see you,” he suggested, pointing to the throng of people gathered near the bartender.
Kon nodded and blended into the crowd, trying to go unnoticed (quite difficult for someone like him).
From a distance, Bernard watched him trying to blend in without much success. Suddenly, Kon looked at him in a panic. That could only mean one thing: he’d been spotted.
Kon practically ran out of the crowd and over to Bernard, his curls even more disheveled.
“What am I going to do? What am I going to do now that she’s seen me?” he muttered, stressed.
“Ignore her?” Bernard suggested.
“I don’t think you understand, Bernie. She and I have a history… When we first broke up and ran into each other, we always ended up hooking up.” Kon put his hands on Bernard’s shoulders, clearly upset.
“It’s been a while since then. You’ve been with other people. It doesn’t matter what she thinks or what you think is going to happen… unless you want it to, too.” Kon let go of him and ran his hands over his face, frustrated. Turning around, he saw the girl approaching. Bernard saw her too, and an idea (a really bad one, but a really good one) popped into his head.
He waited until she was a little closer, took Kon’s face in his hands, and forced him to look at him.
And he kissed him.
It was short, just a few seconds of contact, but when he pulled away, the girl was frozen in place. After a few moments, she turned around and pretended to walk away.
"It worked," Bernard said, looking at Kon, who was still in shock. "I did it because you really seemed like you didn't want to run into her."
"Sure, and that's why you kissed me," Kon glanced in the direction the girl had gone; she was now discreetly watching them. "I don't think it worked. She's looking at us like she's trying to solve a puzzle."
"Well then, until she leaves or we leave... we're a couple," Bernard said with a mocking laugh.
Although it had started as a joke, they had to keep up the act. The girl had gotten too close and wouldn't leave them alone, as if she were waiting for the whole thing to fall apart.
They both committed to the role: Kon put his hand on Bernard's waist, and Bernard stroked his shoulders and the back of his neck. They really did look like a couple.
They played the game perfectly, but the girl wasn't giving up. If they had to spend all night acting, they would.
Before leaving, the girl decided to make one last attempt. She waited until they both went into the bathroom. She counted. One. Two. Three… On the fourth minute, she went in, expecting to find them apart, with a distance that a couple wouldn't have. Instead, she found them against the sink, kissing as if they hadn't seen each other in months.
That was the final sign. The sound of their heels clicking away down the hall filled the air. When Bernard could no longer heard them, and pulled away from Kon, his breath ragged.
"She's gone," he said, trying to move away from the sink.
But Kon held him in place, gripping his hips.
"Kon?" he asked, looking into his eyes. The dark-haired man's gaze could only be described as pure desire.
Oh. That kiss had really affected him.
"Shut up," Kon's voice came out harsher than expected. "Shut up and kiss me... please."
"Kon..." He remained silent. Not because he didn't want to, but because he did... and he didn't want to seem desperate.
He looked into his eyes, lightly biting his lower lip. Something like a shiver ran through Kon, who lunged at his mouth.
They met in a wet, sloppy kiss. Their lips moved with desire and desperation. Kon bit Bernard's lower lip, stealing an embarrassing sound from him.
The dark-haired man led him to one of the cubicles, cornered him against the wall, and trailed kisses down to his neck.
Gasp escaped the blond's lips.
The atmosphere seemed to have intensified. Kon stopped kissing him and began toying with the fabric of his shirt, lifting it. His other hand slid down to Bernard's pants and slipped inside.
He found the bulge he was looking for and began to caress it. The blond gasped Conner's name, his breaths almost like prayers.
The caresses and sounds continued. Bernard placed his hands on Kon's shoulders, squeezing them as he felt himself nearing release.
"That's it, good boy," Kon whispered against his ear, sending a shiver down his spine.
Bernard's hips moved, seeking more friction. The movements became more reckless, revealing what he didn't want to show: his desperation for the dark-haired man. A whimper escaped his lips as he gripped Kon's shoulders tightly.
He lay still, catching his breath. Kon pulled his hand from under his clothes and looked at him: panting, trembling, completely broken. A small smile touched his lips as he looked away.
This night wasn't meant to end like this.
But he wasn't complaining at all.
I have this idea for an one shot or something of superblond
So Bernard and Kon are like close friends and for whatever reason they end up in a party or a club, an the place is full so there is not so much space for the people to move and all of that at one point Bernard or Conner (I saw it more with Kon ngl) see an ex girlfriend/boyfriend/situacionship, and they’re like “holy shit. I need to hide so they can see me and fuck me up.” They try to hide but it’s useless and the other decide they would help and instead of distracting the person they kiss each other INFRONT OF THE PERSON.
So now for the rest of the party they have to act like they’re a couple, maybe they end up in the bathroom of the party getting freaky or they end up fighting because one of them is really in love.
Idk I just wanted to share this, maybe I’ll do a one shot idk 😭
I saw a reel on ig and I had to put in words this headcanon that just come to my mind.
Bruce do the cape thing because it helps him to regulate his emotions but also because when the robins were little they would hid under the cape when they were scared or tired and Bruce still hang on that memories of his kid liking him not like they adult version that probably mostly hate him.
You CAN NOT put I’ll believe in anything and expect me not to sob.
AND YES IM TALKING ABOUT THE 3 EP.
I LOVE doing angst in my roleplays.
I made this one about Superblond/berkon yesterday and it’s still amazing.

—Goodbye… dowd—
His voice comes without anger or sadness, just deep weariness. He turns around, taking a step forward before stopping.
—Keep the jacket, I don’t need it. —
Without another word, he starts walking away from Bernard. It breaks him to leave him, but it would break his heart even more to stay.
That’s all LOL bye
