You know, it’s intriguing that I haven’t come across anybody* advocating for a boycott campaign against CBS paramount in light of Paramount firing the late show with Stephen Colbert to appease Donald Trump. Like I don’t support CBS paramount at all anyway, but it is interesting that I haven’t seen that yet. Probably just because I’m not in the right circles. A boycott should probably happen though. 
*Until now. The tags already exist on Tumblr so someone has already done this thing. I guess I’m just signal boosting whatever they said.

Rachel Maddow Says The Fight Over Scott Pelley Is Bigger Than One Journalist.
Reacting to Pelley's firing, Maddow said she hopes he lands back on television immediately.
"I hope he's on TV tomorrow." 🔥
But her larger point was about the press itself.
She argued that journalists and news organizations now face a coordinated effort to weaken independent media and must find ways to fight back.
The story is no longer just about Scott Pelley.
It's about whether one of America's most influential news institutions can survive a leadership shakeup that many inside the industry see as an existential threat.
Yet another reason to boycott cbs.
