The media should stop advertising killing sprees. People are shaming the murder but he, the killer is getting what he wanted. Fame and the recognition he hungered for. Everyone talks about him on the internet and in real life and he in his own eyes is a superstar. Congratulations, by sharing a mass murderers actions as he is the winner in this. Finally people talk about him. Finally he can feel important. We should focus on the victims instead, talk about how brave they are. And have been. Talk about the victim's past and future. Invoke guilt and regret in all the hearts in every nation because only by showing the potential of the dead will you make some see how horrible this was. How it could've been them or the people they love the most. Advertise hotlines to help the mentally ill or people with dark thoughts and show how people who might hurt themselves and others are not alone, they can persevere through this dark chapter they are living in. But never, ever give the serial killer the satisfaction of having his photo in the news, his name, how many people he killed, clear reproductions of his killing spree, what he wore, what his past has been like. Because, thats all he ever wanted. To be seen. And now some other angry, deranged person is going to aspire to be like him: the big bad monster everyone is scared of. These are only my thoughts, thoughts i have gathered after a long while. This is my opinion. But i'll probably still get bashed for it.
