@wacom just informed me that it is going to cost me $840 to repair a well known defect in my Wacom Cintiq Companion 2, a part that should have been recalled. I have literally seen hundreds of posts from people with the same issue over multiple platforms. I have been a fan of Wacom for MANY years. I have always purchased their tablets because they are the best, but apparently they do not stand behind their products. Yes, this product is out of warranty but this is a very common defective part that seems to plague almost every single one of these tablets.
