At least with the recasting of Boyd Baxter for the seventh season of Last Man Standing on FOX network .... they are keeping Boyd still a little boy. (After all when Flynn Morrison took over the role ... they aged season one (two year old) Boyd to being six in season two.) At least recasting Boyd this time around is being very realistic ... and still give us Boyd actucally growing up ... and not making him thirteen.
Fans of Fox’s Last Man Standing know Jet Jurgensmeyer as Boyd Baxter, but the young actor also has a second career as budding musician.

Also I finished Last Man Standing, I found the show one day late on a Saturday on TV in July and I started watching it. On TV I watched from mid-season 2 up to the end, and I’ve now caught up to the first seasons.
And I’m disappointed that they didn’t make any jokes about the recasting. I LOVED the Jay Leno, and Santa Claus jokes, and it really seemed like they would take a shot at the recasting
Heck of a season finale, "Last Man Standing!"
I laughed constantly. Every character had something interesting to contribute to the plot. I love the friendship between Mike and their ex-Marine neighbor. And BOYD! LOVE HIM, he's so adorable with Mike.
JTT was great in this episode - they need to have him more! Make him recurring!
