Random thought but does anyone with ADHD or even autism (or some other third thing) have a thing where

In your brain, you’re fine. You’re totally “mentally relaxed” but your body is emotionally reacting??

Ex. You have an interview coming up and you KNOW about it, you KNOW it’s important (but somehow you aren’t anxious in the slightest)

But the moment you’re in the seat, in front of them, your body suddenly feet jittery and you look “nervous” even though you were literally fine 5 minutes ago in the waiting room talking to the other people.

TL;DR you ever just know that mentally you’re fine (as in you can still reason and think 💭 and you know what you’re talking about) but your body is just reacting?

Is there a word to describe the heavy feeling of RELIEF of getting the house to yourself when you live in a big family??? The small Amount of QUIET and you’re like “SILENCE!!! HOW I MISSED THE SOUND!!”

One of the things I love about my dog, Biscuit is that we’re both constantly cold 🥶

And I hate moving cause he’s so cute but when I get the heated blanket he’s like on the same wave length as me cause he already is getting up from his spot to get under the covers of the heated blanket cause he knows it’s nice and warrmmmm

I wanted to share my doggo!!! He’s my cuddle bug 🥰
