Ayla was talking about how none of us are bitter that a certain one of the first year graduate students got an NSF graduate fellowship. NO, I am bitter as hell, that kid is a fuckup whose advisor wrote the application for him, who barely passed his first year, who doesn't even know how to do basic statistical analyses or anything about science.
