Very not in line with my usual content but does anyone have any suggestions of places to buy bras for FF (European sizes)? I've been using curvy kate but a lot of their stuff is for people who are very full up top so they don't work well for me

BRAS. a guide.
This post is specifically targeted for people with boobs. And more specifically, people with big(ger) boobs. Because its just harder, and I did a lot of research and now I have a lot of links.
In the end, I ended up just getting wireless cotton bras for daily use that are fantastic and I highly recommend.
But sometimes you gotta wear formal / fitted stuff and then it’s helpful.
Firstly, SIZING/FITTING.

Building Your Support System: What You Need to Know About Bras
Building Your Support System: What You Need to Know About Bras
Yeah, you read that right. Last week, we may have celebrated National No Bra Day in the United States and the United Kingdom, but as a big-chested gal, I can personally say that going braless can be dangerous. Though No Bra Day is totally important because it helps raise awareness for breast cancer, it is also crucial to know what to look for in a supportive bra and what to avoid. Shape Trumps…

Mom Friend Advice for People with Boobies
I have lots of advice I can give to those of you on here who have breasts, some of it you may know, some of it you may not. Most of you likely know the importance of a self-breast exam, some of you may know your diet can affect how sensitive or tender your breasts are. But I’m here to give a very specific type of advice today, and that starts with a statement that is sure to apply to most of you:
YOU ARE WEARING THE WRONG SIZE BRA
Now, you may be doing this because your size is too expensive and/or they don’t MAKE your size outside of custom bras shops, but it’s perhaps quite a bit more likely you have spent most of your life being told an abysmally incorrect band and cup size by a worker in a shop that only sells bands 32-38 and cups A-DD, who will try to fit you into that narrow window of sizes. Or perhaps it was a plus sized store, that sold you a 42 D or C but while you were able to actually put it on your body it was secretly your sister size 5 times removed from what you really needed. Even if you’re wearing a 36 B right now, I can bet you what you need is a smaller band and a bigger cup.
Wearing the wrong sized bra leads to not just the dreaded muffin boob, it can also lead to back pain, shoulder pain, breast pain, overly sensitive/tender nipples, and breast tissue growing in your armpit area.
But, with the right sized bra, you can alleviate (and if new enough to having boobs, even prevent) these side effects.
Step One: Find out your real bra size http://www.calculator.net/bra-size-calculator.html
Step Two: See what stores carry your size. If there are no stores in your area that do, I’m afraid you will need to shop online. Here’s my favorite site (expensive, I know, but clearance and big seasonal sales are your friend) http://www.barenecessities.com/shopbybrasize.aspx You can also just google your size and see what comes up, you may get lucky and find someone selling them cheap on Amazon or eBay.
Step Three: Learn to put it on properly (yes you’ve likely been doing that wrong too). The ‘best way’ to put on a bra is actually pretty tricky if you aren’t Mr. Fantastic, so I recommend doing it this way. http://www.herroom.com/bra-fitting-advice,319,30.html
Step Four: Take care of that now! Bras in your size could very well be a rare and precious thing. http://jezebel.com/the-great-bra-washing-extravaganza-509259173
And there you have it! Now you have the right size bra, that’s properly fitted, and properly cared for. Your years and years (maybe even over a decade) of trapping and smothering your boobs in the wrong size bras are finally over, now go on and take off your bra to let those babies be free as you laze around the house after a long day. And make yourself a nice little snack, you deserve it.
It's not good to wear your bra five days in a row without washing it.
It's not going to last long.
