So how does the count process work

The first stage is verification, where enumerators count the constituency and West Scotland region ballot papers from each polling station to verify that the number of ballot papers matches the number of papers issued, as recorded on the Returning Officer’s ballot paper accounts. Once all the votes have been verified, the Returning Officer will announce the total votes cast and the percentage…

To get there one has to walk past the Nazi Terfqueen's Shitehouse but if you hold your nose, you'll be fine.

I used to do work for a guy out there, past the millionaire/criminals (no, seriously) mansions and Big Houses. The guy who owns Rangers has just had a HIDEOUS cuboid megahovel built there. I'd say fuck knows how he got planning permission for something so vile in such a lovely area, but I'm VERY acquainted with the civic corruption in Edinburgh. Politically, this city makes Naples look like Paris.
