I made a quick tutorial for anyone who's struggling with braids. I start with a (red) line to indicate how I want the braid to curve. Then I draw the rough shape around it (remember that the braid gets smaller the closer to the ends it is)! And lastly, I add a backwards "y" to every "bump", making the "y" slightly curved to make it feel... alive? dimensional? Not sure what word to use, english isn't my first language T-T
