Jeff Jarvis (a quien descubrí gracias a @233_grados) ha esbozado en su blog una teoría bastante interesante sobre cómo empezamos a cambiar nuestra percepción de los medios. Lo que Jarvis esboza para los medios de comunicación me ha recordado en parte a lo que Brian Clark apuntaba para las marcas en su Authority Rules: que las cosas han cambiado y el principio de autoridad hay que ganárselo proactivamente. La marca (la cabecera) sólo es un elemento más de la suma pero ya no es, ni mucho menos, el único.
