i do think there is something to be said about what an interesting choice rabbot would be to make as a canonical relationship on the pitt. i think with an ensemble cast like this (and how long this show could run for), a slow burn relationship wouldn’t be alien, and i just don’t think this is done with two dudes (or any non straight people/dynamics for that matter) all that often. friends to lovers shouldn’t be reserved for only straight folk!!

i also think that jack and robby also have a very special and tender friendship and i’m really not expecting the show to take a swing this big, but i think there’s something really nice about the fantasy of the one you were looking for being there all along.

btw michael robinavitch has ocd pass it on

so much black and white thinking, some pretty intense compulsions (the hand sanitiser usage is not normal), and a strong sense of morality and other people’s pain

i mean ocd and ptsd are sisters, and covid personally worsened my OCD symptoms. i can see this happening for robby.

i just think that my good friend dr robby has intrusive thoughts and huge thought spirals. he told me himself

furthermore i think jack would be an excellent person to be friends (or lovers) with if you had OCD. straight-forward, blunt, compassionate and patient. not prepared to take bullshit if one needs to confess, to spiral. eager to do the work and take care of himself, meaning that he has a good grasp on how much of himself to give to someone. also mentally ill (this helps!)
