verbal shutdown but it's my thinky thonks and halfway through my internal monologue turns to mush
so i, very frustrated finally grab my aac to type out the rest of my thought only to immediately forget what i was trying to think about
#anytime i think about our verbality im not kidding it gets worse#it's the most spiteful barrier cause ill be like “no actually i can talk” and immediately gibberish comes out#anyway what? thought shutdown? word for this? no?#thinky thonks are annoying cause the solution here isn't just “stop forcing speech” equivalent our internal monologue doesn't really stop#very slightly annoying#then we think in really vague conceptual pictures cause aphantasia :D#brain is fun#verbal loss#the other thing...#sleepy ramble#blurry stars
