ok so an only semi-known tumblr feature is the "get notifications" button, a sort of super-follow feature that lets you get push notification whenever select blogs update
it looks like this on the blog.tumblr.com view (replaces the follow button since you have to already be following the person):
and like this in the tumblr.com/blog view:
I use this feature extensively, but not for the push notifications (I have those turned off entirely for tumblr, actually). Because an even semi-er-known feature of tumblr is, if you go to settings>>labs and turn on this setting:
it lets you have a secondary dashboard populated just with those blogs. I use it for a few friends, and blogs I follow that don't post often, some new follows while I'm trying to get a better read on them... kind of a random pile of inconsistent reasons, really. I shuffle blogs on and off the list all the time, it's overall been really useful to me. Highly recommend checking it out.
But ok anyway. Half of the reason for this post is to shill that feature, because I think it's really good, but the other half is to ask for help because I have no idea where I can find a list of my blog subscriptions? It's not listed in any easy official place like your full following list, but presumably the information exists somewhere I can take a peek at. I want to fiddle around with pointing an RSS reader at tumblr for searchability reasons, and that's where I want to start, but it would be a whole hell of a lot easier if I could start with a list instead of having to, idk, see who's been posting lately and put them on the list in a random order and forever worry I've missed someone (or many someones).
So hey hi hello if you know how to computer do you have any ideas for where I might be able to locate this list?
for a hot second I was trying to use "endorsed" as a genuine tag for serious agreement but I just can't do it. It feels too pretentious even though I mostly don't see it as pretentious when other people do it. and also I can't not use it for very funny posts like "we need to make a yuri anime called 'yaoi on ice' to pollute the search results for 'yaoi.' for equality" and similar
