Making Alfred and Matthew "native" doesn't really work. Native American is an umbrella term that refers to multiple different groups of people distinguished by language, religion, attire, gender roles and social structures all over North, Central and Southern america. Making them all the same being not only erases their culture but also ignores how native American communities are often divided by borders.

There's nothing wrong with making your favourite anime boys mixed but if your intent is to represent this communities i think it's better putting a little more effort and making different OC's for each community
