Just stopping but with a writing question for today :) How do you conceptualize a scene? What do you start with when trying to craft a scene?

Most of the inspiration generally comes from listening to music. So as soon as I have an idea, I think about how the individual characters deal with the situations, how they feel/think and so on. At some point, when I have a general overview of the thoughts, feelings, things I want to show/tell with the scene as well as the overall plot, I start to write a very rough plan in the form of bullet points. Thats normally the time to take a break and come back to the project a few hours later so i can go through it with a clear mind again before actually writing.

the beatles is such an easy hyperfixation.

they released over 12 albums worth of songs so it's difficult to be bored by their music since there's such a range perfect for every mood.

they're the most photographed band in the world so every day i see photos of them I've never seen before.

they're probably one of the most documented too so there's lots to learn about each member and their experiences both individually and as a group.

some of the memorabilia is actually fairly cheap and/or easy to find because it was so mass produced.

there's many other reasons but those are my favorites.
