i’m not sure who needs to hear this but
your struggles are valid. whatever you may be going through however big or small, you are not alone. there is so much goodness and love in a world full of pain and being by able to find the joy through all circumstances, although not always easy, is a daily struggle and it’s okay if it’s not perfect. it’s okay to fail. it’s okay to be human. it’s okay to put your needs first. it’s okay to take care of yourself. it’s okay to let yourself eat. it’s okay to love yourself for who you are. it’s okay to take a break. it’s okay to cry. it’s okay to let go. it’s okay to forgive. it’s okay to move on. it’s okay to push through. wherever you’re at, just keep going. you got this. it’s okay to live another day
romantic dreams are so unfair,, like how is my brain just going to tease me like that only to wake up and remember it’s just a dream
Here’s a challenge for you today
bless someone today, then don’t tell anyone else about it. it doesn’t have to be big, it could be helping someone with something, saying kind words to someone who needs it, giving even the smallest of things to people. there’s so many different ways you can do it but any bit of yourself you can give is more than enough! i’ve been trying to get in the habit of specifically looking out for anyone who might need anything and giving it my absolute all to spread love in their life. for me it started with my faith and then just became my whole lifestyle of giving to others and pouring myself out to make the world better. and you know what? i’ve found that i’m even happier whenever i’m serving the undercooked rather than finding glory for myself. so i challenge you to find someone to love today and give whatever you may be willing to give! see how it may bless you just as much as it blesses them

i decided to take myself on a date. no one else just me and myself. i wanted to just be in the present time and just aware of life and enjoy treating myself. i dressed nice, walked down the block to the local sushi shop by my house and ordered an expensive roll. then on the way back i stopped by my local cafe that has just this amazing refreshing vibe. so i decided to treat myself and just be in the present of all the joys going on in my life instead of leaving myself wrapped up in the future. enjoying finding comfort in just yourself is just so important and you’ll truly change your life if you focus on loving yourself over anyone else’s expectations. that you are already in itself.. .enough
make sure to speak some love into someone’s life today. you never know who may really need it
a reminder that too often we project what we want someone to be onto that person instead of taking the time to learn what makes them individuals. whenever you compare them to the unreal standards you set for them then you’ll never be able to accept them just as they truly are. people are more than you’re projection and opinion on them and allow them to be seen as such and know it’s okay not to fully understand the complexity of another individual besides yourself. take them for what they are
i really want to start orienting my life around getting out of my comfort zone in order to lead a more fulfilling and regret-free life. so much of what we want or aspire towards is never easy and lots of times calls us out into a position that requires quite some discomfort, whether that be emotionally, physically, spiritually... there are obstacles that might seem quite terrifying that stand in between you and a goal. and so that’s why i think seeking the discomfort in order to truly achieve the goals i strive towards is so important. if i allow myself to stay in a position where i might have “stability” but never really fulfill what i think i have to fulfill in life than was it even worth it? i know this is easier said than done and that a journey of leaving comfort zones sounds insane but i truly think that’s when life is lived at its fullest.
