I might have said that I missed class during the quarantine but I take that back. They’re back in full effect and I’d be fine going back to something a little more manageable.

Vanessa’s face burned red as the bartender belted out a loud rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’ in front of everyone after checking her ID. She mouthed ‘thank you’ and took it back, taking a drink of the cocktail she’d ordered and hoping he was done drawing attention to it.
Yes, I’m aware that it’s summer, but I wanted cocoa and I got it. There’s nothing wrong with that.

Vanessa motioned to the person across the table from her, pointing and wiping at the tip of her nose to show them they’d gotten food on it.
“You know, even though it took forever to get a win, I gotta say it feels good that it was against awosting.”
Yeah I know, someone decided to set off something in the other room and the groundskeeper is cleaning it up now. It was just a prank, just ignore the smell.
