They had to move a lady out of the row they put him in so she went from a row by herself to be in the aisle next to me (I was in the middle of the 4-seat middle bc big plane) and she would not stop bitching about it! But every time he stood up he would keel over again so they had to have him lie flat for several hours and they couldn’t just keep him on the galley floor the whole flight! I just wanted to tell that lady to shut her dumb face.

What a bitch! Like, shit happens. He didn’t get drunk and belligerent and start throwing stuff... he had a medical situation! I was in the window seat, empty middle seat, and the gentleman in the aisle was a large fellow who had bought both seats because he needed the room (when he sat down, he told me to feel free to spread out a little, haha!). He kindly switched because he just needed a little more room, and didn’t care which seat he had. He was SO NICE, as was the flight crew, except the one flight attendant who was all “Tell the captain we have to land RIGHT NOW.” Like, what? Where? Somewhere I have no help to navigate my way to medical help in the middle of the night? COOL.
