Not sure if anyone’s brought this up, but…

Once per save file when you talk to Mark at the shop, you get this line of dialogue:

Now I know you’re thinking, “Okay, so what’s the point?” Well, generally when this trope is used, the message in question usually isn’t an accident, rather it’s the recipient not realizing it was for them. I’m not sure it was intentional, but it certainly comes off that way. Now, who sent it? The answer is quite… easy actually. Assuming the character is one already in the game and not someone who is going to be added in the future, we have exactly one character who has a first name that starts with B…

Yup, it’s probably Brad.

By no means am I saying any of this is canon, but I personally think it’s quite likely. Plus, the manner in which it’s written seems very in-character for Brad. Use this information however you see fit.
