i think for brad, instead of trying to court jenny and make her racist to her own species like sheldon was doing, brad's in it because he's trying to find himself and thinks he'd fit in as a cool superhero like jenny is. it's a lot more platonically charged, with brad wanting jenny's approval so he can feel like he actually had a set path for his future. jenny probably sees brass b as a well-intentioned bumbling fool
given sheldon's attraction to jenny in part surrounding her good soul and her robotic exterior, i think sheldon would inevitably also fall for brass b, but not before a brief period of jealousy because he's convinced jenny is dating brass b. after that though it's bisexual crisis time
i think sheldon would be head over heels with brass b, which confuses brad because brad probably doesn't know sheldon's queer before this point, so he has to navigate finding out that his friend is attracted to his alter ego. i think there is a silly romance arc where brad ends up falling for sheldon during all this, but obviously sheldon doesn't know brad is brass b, so brass b tries to hook those two up similarly to how silver shell tried setting up jenny and sheldon
the reason brad doesn't out his identity is because he's worried jenny will stop him from trying to fight crime if she finds out he's brass b. and he doesn't ask sheldon to keep the secret because i don't think sheldon would do a good job of not accidentally spilling those particular beans
