10 Brave Demon Slayers — part 1
I've had this crossover in mind since forever but unfortunately, I appear to be the only person actually thinking about it. I wanted to first get an artist to get me some pictures for them but my friends are busy or ignoring my existence so I'll just be putting up their regular looks.

Isanami Izumo — Breath of Light
Just like in the original series, Isanami was found as a baby at the doorstep of a temple and taken in by the head priest. This time, however, the temple was destroyed by the demons, with Isanami being the only survivor. She chose to make her surname the same as the temple's name as a way to show her gratitude to the people who raised her. After meeting with (and getting saved by) Saizo, she began training and eventually mastered the Breath of Light he was attempting. However, she has an unknown darkness in her soul that stops her from using the full potential of her breaths. On the other hand, she is easily able to master all the techniques of Breath of Darkness. Her only issue is not wanting to use a breath with such a scary potential.
Breath of Light has seven forms:
First form: Approaching Dawn — the user moves their sword as if to hit their target with its dull side but at the last moment jerks the sword violently to a side and back, thrusting it through the target's neck from a side.
Second form: Rays on a Winter Morning — the user runs at the target with their sword positioned low as the rising sun, comes to a full stop right in front of the target and uses quick footwork and a fury of strikes at various parts of the target's body.
Third form: High Noon of Heaven — using their surroundings as a base ground, the user makes a high jump backwards while holding their sword close to their body. When passing the target, the user extends their sword, drawing a deep vertical cut.
Fourth form: Afternoon Storm — a stealth attack allowing the user to perform several sets of quick stabs from different directions thanks to footwork and jumps. Can also be used to avoid stepping on the ground by stabbing it and using the energy from the strikes to move forward.
Fifth form: Dazzling Twilight — keeping a low profile, the user will deal a single precise and focused slash, spin around and deal another, lower and deeper than the first one.
Sixth form: Moonlit Walk — twisting their body rapidly, the user swings their sword in an angle that would reflect the moonlight with the most intensity and uses the ray of light to blind their enemy. After finishing the twist, the user deals two perpendicular cuts.
Seventh, final form: God-sealing Light — the user makes a leap from the spot, twisting their upper and lower body to start a rotation. Slowly extending their sword, the user creates a vortex of simoultanious slashes.
Saizo Kirigakure — Breath of Darkness
A swordsman practising under a former Breath of Light pillar. He finds his inclinations leaning more towards the other side but his kind heart prevents him from using the Breath of Darkness' final form and its full potential. His teacher believes that once he is ready to accept he is, deep inside, a gentle person, he will be able to master the Breath of Light with ease. However, before meeting Isanami, Saizo had doubts believing there was anything that could be compared to light within him.
Breath of Darkness has six forms:
First form: Shadows of the Past — using quick but light footwork and rapid movements of the upper body, the user is able to avoid the eyes of most enemies while relentlessly shovering them with stabs of various depth.
Second form: Shade on a Hot Day — coming from a high position, the user performs a series of three slashes in different directions, blocking off the target's escape and attacking at the same time.
Third form: Creeping Night — the user deals a diagonal slash accompanied by a swift twist of the sword and leading another slash in the opposite direction.
Fourth form: Thief of the Abyss — a sword-throwing technique. The user throws their sword while in a rotation, giving it additional spin and force as it strikes down the enemy. If the user also possesses kunais, they can be thrown at the sword in order to change its direction.
Fifth form: Black Flash — a series of piercing attacks unleashed in a quick succession with equal energy but increasing in speed with every delivered strike.
Sixth, final form: Izanami no Miko — a powerful twist of the user's whole body allows the user to swing their sword in all directions, completely obliterating everything in a spheral range.
Sarutobi Sasuke — Pillar of Forest
A gentle young man who values nature above everything, he's still very capable in combat as well. Although all his free time is spent with his animal friends, one can hardly say he slacks of. Sasuke is the inventor of Breath of Forest and so far the only one capable of using it. He joined Demon Slayer Corps after he encountered a demon near his village who has already killed several low-ranked slayers. Sasuke was able to pick up one of their swords as a weapon and wield it skillfully enough to cut the demon's head of. When asked about this, however, he claims it was just beginner's luck. He is very shy around girls and prefers to conversate with his animal friends.
Breath of Forest has five forms:
First form: Gentle Breeze — the user points their sword down and lets it be guided by the gentle nuances of the wind, drawing a line. From this line, the user is then able to read the position of the target.
Second form: Guard of the Owl — a step technique that allows the user to avoid the enemy's attacks while dealing a long but swift slash going slightly upwards. The speed of the footwork can reach the level where it appears as if the user's head was turned in the opposite direction from their body.
Third form: Weasel's bite — the fastest of Breath of Forest techniques. The user leaps forward, using the base of the sword to deal a rotating cut, creating a circular slash.
Fourth form: Forest King's Wrath — a powerful slicing attack curving inwards on itself before suddenly twisting outwards by the very end.
Fifth form: Call of the Pack — taking a second sword, the user gets close to the target thanks to quick footwork and stabs one of the swords in the target, leaping off of it and using the second sword to deal a single horizontal and two vertical cuts.
