Hell yeah!

So, here's the thing. Malcolm and I met in passing during that whole...race to the Golden Sun thing. I wasn't part of the main run with Jace and Vraska, but I was very much aligning myself with the Brazen Coalition at the time and had crossed paths with Malcolm and Breeches. I am very much a wandering type, though, so I didn't stay long on Ixalan and hadn't been there in quite a few years.

However, when New Phyrexia got all up in everyone's business recently, I did a mad dash across the Multiverse to strike at the main leaders of each Phyrexian Host that went to each plane. Thanks to Elesh Norn being focused on the hot mess on Mirrodin, it was a lot easier than it would have been otherwise. Shoutout to Elspeth, Chandra, Koth, Urabrask, and everyone else for making my job easier. Anyway, during that, I got to Ixalan in time to rescue Malcolm and Breeches from some Copper Host beasties.

Once the invasion was beaten down, I stayed on Ixalan long enough to help the Brazen Coalition get their feet back under them. Part of that was also helping with investigating what happened to Downtown and getting to see that mean green fungus. Which...was not fun. They're very lucky that I advocated for more fire. This is about the time that Malcolm and I began formally having our...situationship, I suppose.

I had to head out shortly after that, but guess what? Oko came to me to get the heads up about his heist on Thunder Junction and try to secure my help for it. I was busy as hell at the time, but I managed to rearrange some things in my schedule because I didn't trust Oko to keep my boys safe; Malcolm and Breeches had already agreed to help Vraska, and I wasn't going to let them get left for dead in some backwater desert.

Needless to say, the fight against Akul and his Hellspurs and the Sterling Company was a lot. It was a lot.

Since then, Malcolm and Breeches got back to Ixalan safely, and I hurry over whenever I get worried about them. They're my boys, after all, and I take care of what's mine.

Hi, hello, I'm Jasper. I'm nonbinary, aromantic, asexual, and polyamorous. I don't care about sharing F/Os or not, especially because I've got some complicated queerplatonic stuff going on. Let me introduce you to them!

Dyspo (Dragon Ball) and Malcolm Lee (Magic: The Gathering) are my queerplatonic F/Os, and yes, I also ship them with each other in a complicated crossover way. I headcanon them both as bisexual, transmasc, and polyamorous, and we have an open relationship. We're honestly doing great.

Breeches (Magic: The Gathering) is Malcolm's best friend and kind of got pulled into this queerplatonic nonsense going on as something of a beloved pal. He's also a great cuddler. Definitely more of a familial F/O.

The same thing goes for Falco Spara (Magic: The Gathering) to an extent. This is my bird demon mafia boss lawyer dad and I will 100% drop someone into a ditch for him, whether he asks for me to do that or not.

Aaand my adversarial F/Os. Ob Nixilis (Magic: The Gathering) is my shitty little half-brother and I love-hate him so much. Meanwhile, I would kill Frieza (Dragon Ball) with my bare hands if given half a chance.

Hi there! Jasper is transcribing my answer, because they can type a lot faster than I can. And they showed me how to make the text blue!

They've been pretty down in the dumps lately, though they asked me to not say why. But I do what I can to make them feel better. It's a lot of just letting them cuddle up against me whenever they need it, even if they're doing something else at the same time. And Breeches usually joins us. According to them both, my feathers are much softer than Jasper's nest of blankets.

(Jasper note: That is 100% the truth. Literally better than any down pillow invented.)

I know I usually talk about cuddling Dyspo and Malcolm, but honestly, Breeches is hands-down the best cuddler. I like to cling when I sleep, and he's the right size compared to me for maximum cling potential. Some of the best nights I've had recently have been curled up with my back against Malcolm's chest and Breeches pulled against mine. Just a little pirate cuddle pile.
