Colors swirled about, air was thick, heart raced and the air tasted off. Muscles clenched and fingers grasped the ground beneath as the man pressed weight onto hands and knees. A weight unlike ever before pressed down before it began to lift leaving him feeling incredibly exhausted. Not even when strung up by Rumpelstiltskin himself did he feel this way. A few heavy pants, disoriented scenes and a white hot pain later everything began to clear. This feeling was peculiar. A moment was taken to breathe. Colors faded away leaving only the lush greens and rich browns of the forest, air seemed lighter allowing greedy breaths to be taken and the taste of fresh dirt removed the odd from within. Where was he? Blinking rapidly Robin pushed hands against the solid ground to lift himself back on knees. It was a relief to see he was indeed in the Enchanted Forest but why? Blue eyes finally made out the shapes just feet away as people, women, and another laying on a circle in the dirt appearing dead. Before anything could be spoken one explained it had been a sacrifice to bring him back to life. A willing sacrifice he did not know. Eyes widened and hands began to roam the planes of his body in hopes of finding some kind of injury to explain what just happened. Only there was no abrasions to be found. As quickly as the women came to be they disappeared leaving him alone in the thick of the forest. Relief washed over as legs became stable enough to stand. It only took a few moments of rate trauma of his death finally flashed before his eyes. A named rolled off lips in a desperate plea as a hand reached for a nearby tree to keep steady. “Regina.” Frantically he looked about hoping to Gods she were near but also she weren’t. Regina had gone from dark to light before his death. If the grievance he caused led to darkness infiltrating once more the guilt would surely end him once more. “Regina!” The need to see her made his calls desperate. How long had he been dead now? He did not recognize the women who brought him back and the forest gave no clues.
